It is divided into two units that they can be rented separately or all. Encircled by a park of 5000 mq all recinted with trees of olive. Panoramic pool with beautiful view on Cortona. Villa Stefania 1 (82m2) (Sleeps 4)- living/dining room (satellite TV) with corner kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine), fireplace, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with an additional second bed, and one bathroom with bathtub.Air conditioned. Villa Stefania 2 (133m2) (Sleeps 6 +3)on the ground floor: large living room with adjoining kitchen/dining room (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, DVD, home theatre and satellite TV), one bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine). We rented Both villas in 2007 and had our kids and some friends meet us there for the most magical vacation we have ever had - the VIlla is beautiful set in olive trees near town but not in the busy area - the views of Cortona are outstanding and the house is very comfortable and Luigi and Sterania are outstanding hosts - we will be going back

Cortona is a wonderful town and all of the Chianti area and Umbria are nearby - Florence is just over an hour as is Rome

The description is accurate

The property was perfect as was the infinity pool

Luigi and Sterania are outstanding hosts

I not only would recommend it I have and we will be back
