Stone-built farmhouse that has recently been restored with great care and is situated in the hills approximately three kilometers from Cortona. It is divided into two units that they can be rented separately or all. Encircled by a park of 5000 mq all recinted with trees of olive. Panoramic pool with beautiful view on Cortona. Villa Stefania 1 (82m2) (Sleeps 4)- living/dining room (satellite TV) with corner kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine), fireplace, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with an additional second bed, and one bathroom with bathtub.Air conditioned. Villa Stefania 2 (133m2) (Sleeps 6 +3)on the ground floor: large living room with adjoining kitchen/dining room (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, DVD, home theatre and satellite TV), one bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine). The fist floor has: living room with a beautiful fireplace, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioned.

Everything was perfect.

The farmhouse is an old one, typical of Tuscany. Outside like inside, we enjoy the charm of this place.

We especially appreciate the sightseeing of the old city of Cortona, the green lawn under the olivers and the welcome of the householders.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
