Stunning Tuscan vacation Villa rental

This beautiful Tuscan vacation villa rental is located in the famous Chianti region. Villa Gloria is perfect for romantic or relaxed extended family groups or two families on holidays together, it is very well located for all important tourist destinations, Florence , Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, ect. This Tuscan villa is in walking distance from Lucignano which is a beautiful example of an early medieval town. Although immersed in peace and quiet , the motorway is just 15 minutes drive connecting you to all important tourist destinations. Some of the facility available near by are: horse riding , hot air balloon flights, thermal spas, wine tours , nature hikes and beautiful and spectacular views just from your windows.

The garden and surroundin estate

This Tuscan vacation villa is approached by a gravel drive way and there is ample parking. The grounds are beautifully kept and there are lovely flowers beds, lavender bushes, fig trees and green lawns giving way to olive groves and orchards. The pool is set a little way from the house and was installed in 2002, it has a peaceful, tranquil setting surrounded by carefully tended garden. Please note this Tuscan villa does not have air conditioning , air conditioning is rarely necessary in Tuscany due to the lack of humidity and the temperature climate, and this villa is built on top of a gentle rolling hill and caches all the breezes that spring up at mid day and in the evenings.Our Capanna is wonderful for your dinners under the tuscan moon, with a beautiful view of the town of Lucignano.

Tuscan villa accomodation

One approaches by a short flight of steps to a small loggia with two front doors. The front door opens to a long hall way, off which can be found a large brand new eat in kitchen with marble counters, stove, oven , fridge and dishwasher and large table for 8 . Next down the hall is a lounge room furnished with comfortable furniture and a satellite television . Then two large bedrooms each with queen size beds and one en-suite bathroom with shower and one bathroom with tub , hand shower and washing machine. Returning along the hall way and back out to the small loggia one can open the other front door that leads to two bedrooms , one with a queen sized bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with tub and hand shower. Across the drive from the loggia is a large out door but undercover eating area with built in bbq. grill , the Tuscan villa also boast insect screens on all the windows
