Apartment with a beautiful secluded flowered garden. AIR CONDITIONING. The apartment is situated in the leafy, smart central area. This cozy ground floor apartment, dating back to the beginning of the century, is ideally placed for exploring the main sights of Florence on foot (10 minutes walk to Santa Croce Square). The apartment has vaulted and wooden beam ceilings and is completely restored. The apartment has a very high standard of quality. A particular care to cleaning, comfort and assistance during the stay is always present. Every winter the apartment is usually repainted and the equipments are carefully controlled and replaced. The apartment offers a double bedroom (small additional bed available), kitchen/diner, a bathroom with shower and a delightful furnished secluded garden full of flowers (magnolias, jasmines, roses, etc.), where dine out at the “fresco” in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

It is full of little shops, restaurants, typical handicraft laboratories of ancient time. If you do not like walking you can take direct buses in a 50 meters range. Walking through this “special” part of ancient Florence to discover a new view or a new corner is an unforgettable, beautiful experience.

VERY NICE LITTLE HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We stayed here for 5 nights. Gianni the owner was extremely helpful/gracious. Apartment good for 2people only. Everything needed was in apt. Bed is sofabed in livingroom-very comfortable. Kitchen adequate for our needs. Grocery store short walk away. Enjoyed coffee shop around corner. Outside garden delightful but don't go during mosquito season! (Mosquito coils were supplied if needed) Bus stop 3 min walk -15-20 min walk to centre. Fabulous restaurants close by-in good safe quiet suburban area.Here we enjoyed the ambiance of 'local living'. Apt is well maintained, clean and comfortable.
Would recommend to people who like to walk and don't mind being away from the busy tourist side of Florence.
Yes would return.
Have referred and sent another couple here. They enjoyed also.
