Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates are for 4 people.
    Reservation deposit is 250 euros. On arrival it is required a deposit for breakages of 200 Euros refunded upon departure.
    A baby cot can be provided upon request.
    The rates are all inclusive except for air conditioning, calculated upon consumption, and the final cleaning. The final cleaning for 4 people is 80 euros.
    Inquiries to host up to 6 people might be considered.
    The minimum stay is 5 nights.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior the date of arrival, 30% of the reservation deposit is reimbursed.
    If cancellation is 29 days or less prior the date of arrival, the reservation deposit is not reimbursed
    Should the owner of the property cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, the reservation deposit will be fully reimbursed.

The area: Ponte Vecchio: the Old Bridge in itself is worth a trip to Florence, but also Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens, Santo Spirito, gli Uffizzi and Piazza della Signoria are extremely close to the apartment. Besides, restaurants, shops, groceries, cinemas, theatres, and anything you may need during your stay, are right there.

This apartment is wonderful, fantastic, clean and in a perfect location. Photos don't do it justice. Alessandra was right on time, and was very helpful. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Florence. After a busy, noisy day, this apartment was a refuge. I loved the ducks that live along the riverbank and come under the apartment balcony for goodies. LaRae Prescott, Spokane, WA.
Alessandra is the perfect hostess and her apartment is the perfect place from which to explore beautiful Florence. We loved every minute of our stay. Tradueponti is perfectly located to enjoy all the great sights, or just go rambling. The apartment was supremely comfortable and offers glorious views over the River Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. Can't recommend this apartment too highly!! If you want to be in the hub of Florence and yet enjoy some peace and calm, this is the place for you. Spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet but with views to die for, we found it a perfect hideaway for our wedding anniversary in February. Alessandra, the Manager, was wonderful and helped to make the most of our stay. Lots of restaurants, cafes and little delicatessens within 2 minute walk of the front door. Absolutely no need for a car.
