Le Scalette is a large lovely apartment part of a 16th century old farm complex. in the Tuscans hills just 10 miles outside of Florence. It has been completely restored with all modern conveniences but it has retained the wonderful rustic feeling and simple elegance of the old Tuscan farm houses. A small country road will lead you to the property through vineyards and olive groves. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri , just a mile away has a small grocery and a bakery, and The Museo Archeologico della Ceramica in the nearby town of Montelupo, for century the centre of ceramic and terracotta is consider one of the most important of its kind. Beautiful view of the country side, with charming medieval villages dotting the landscape. Trekking, riding, swimming and golf within reach, closed to Florence and to major highways allows you to tour Tuscany in every direction.

  • Our rates are the same all year, due to the fact that we do not charge any extra for heating during the cold months.
    We do require a 30% deposit to insure your confirmation, balance are to be paid one month before arrival.
    In case of cancellation, we do not refund the money but the client will be able to reschedule.
    A deposit of € 300,00 will be asked upon arrival, and it will be held by the owner till the day of departure.
    Any damage or breakage will be deducted from the deposit.
