  Heating and electricity are not included.
  PAYMENT CONDITIONS
  50% in advance (net of bank charges) and 50% cash, on arrival.
  3d & 4th GUESTS.
  A supplement of £st.4 (p.p.p.day) has to be added for the 3d and 4th guests.

  A double room (25sq m) available with independent entrance, indep. bathroom from £st. 29 to £st. 44 per night. Payment in advance or on arrival.

RENTAL ARRANGEMENTS

RENTAL ARRANGEMENTS Rental commences : Arrival from 2.30 p.m. onwards. (if poss, we appreciate if you specify an approx. time of arrival, thank you) Departure within 10.30 a.m. Cleaning of the apartment can be arranged on request. The charge is € 25 (Euros) per service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation takes place 60 days prior to arrival, a refund of 50% of the deposit (1/2 the rent), will be applied, minus bank charges BABY SITTING CAN BE ARRANGED. FLORENCE AIRPORT is 20 minutes drive. PISA AIRPORT AT Km.70 from here (45 minutes drive) The beach is very close to Pisa or Livorno almost an hours drive from here, and therefore an easy day's trip. A spotless lake in the Appennines (largest artificial lake in Europe), with beaches, is available within 30 minutes drive. The English speaking owner lives next door to the property.
