Cleaning:
There are no cleaning fees, there is a change of linens and general clean up once a week for multiple week stay. Additional cleaning service is available upon request at 10 Euros per hour, minimum 2hours.
All bedlinens, matress covers, bathroom mats are washed and sterilized after each guest.

We regularly clean the entire place with the Kirby method to remove dust particles which cause allergies.
Linens:
Linen or cotton sheet, down comforter or wool blankets, throws are also left for the guests' use. 2 Pillows for each guest.
Unlimited towels are available to guests. Table and kitchen linens are also provided. Paper napkins, toilet paper and paper towel for the kitchen, as well as waste plastic bags are stocked upon arrival, guests are expected to buy their own if they run out.
Additionals:
There is hair dryer, iron and ironing table, TV and VCR multistandard, movies in English can be borrowed from owner, radio/CD player as well as the use of a local cell phone.
It is possible to use Internet for a small charge, send or receive emails. Kitchen is fully equipped, wood is provided for the barbeque in the garden, unlimited dishware.
The house has cleaning supplies, paper napkins and paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and soaps for laundry and dishwasher.

Golf courses are within one hour drive and skiing is a little over an hour away above Lucca

we also have a baby paddling pool in the garden.
