Beautiful country house with pool

The house is in the middle of olive fields and vineyards. it has been tastefully renovated into a very comfortable place to live with special attention to all modern conveniences maintaining the flavour of an old country structure. The view from the windows and outdoor area are spectacular. (170 square meters, completely restored, inside a private garden, with parking area and private entrance to the swimming pool. At the ground floor you have a big sitting room with a wood burning ceramic stove and a large window on the garden, a kitchen, a reading corner with fireplace and a little bed room with to single beds. There is also, a little bathroom without shower with a washing machine.In the kitchen you have everything you need: dishwashers, oven,cooking space, microwave and a huge refrigerator. At first floor to comfortable double bedrooms with two private baths with shower. On request we have, in the same house, one extra double bed room with bath and separate entrance.

In 15 Minutes by car you can reach the famous Golf club UGOLINO 18 holes. The price for the house is for 6 persons, for 9 persons you need the extra room ,that can't be rented separately from the house.(From € 250.- to € 380.-)
