Access is into the comfortable open air living and dining area equipped with a fireplace and a satellite Tv. The master bedroom is on this floor and has an ensuite shower and toilet. Another shower room and toilet is in the corridor. Another double/twin bedroom is on the pretty mezzanine. An equipped kitchen with 4gas ring, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, dishwasher gives direct access to the garden with a covered loggia, ideal for your al fresco living.

This pretty villa dating back to the 17th century is the perfect escape in one of the renown areas of Chianti situated only minutes drive to the centre of the lively Chianti town of Montespertoli. From here buses go to Florence in less than 1hr or you can easily access to the dual carriageway Pisa-Firenze for a wider choice of sightseeing. The area surrounding this villa is full of beautiful spots and hamlets with many attractions and leisure facilities, ranging from wine tasting to horse riding and lots of local festivals. The charming and unintrusive owner lives on site and is available in case of need. The interiors are comfortable and in line with local tradition. The charming pool (11m x 5m, open May to September),occasionally used by the owner, enjoys fantastic views over the rolling hills of Chianti.
