The classic Italian ’villa’ 30 minutes driving far from Florence

A grand old ochre-coloured villa with a lovely garden brimming with charm. There are generous sitting, dining & relaxing areas, a consecrated chapel, a pool, tennis court & beautiful verdant views.The rooms are high-ceilinged, beautifully painted or widely brick corrugated, from which crystal chandeliers hang. The furniture, floors, fixtures & fittings are mostly original. The sleeping accommodation is as follows. A king size bedroom with shower & ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms which share a shower bathroom, a queen bedroom with a half bath (this bedroom is within easy reach of the last bathroom for use of the shower), & a single bedroom with a baby bed that adjoins the queen bedroom. These two bedrooms share the previously mentioned bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the ground floor. Living space comprises a large formal entry hall, a large kitchen with fireplace for cooking, a small table for six people, a huge living room and an equally large dining room.
