The property proximity to a pretty medieval hamlet and to the dual carriageway Florence-Pisa,makes this location ideal for sightseeing the many treasures of Tuscany. Restaurants in the area are specializing in the precious tuber, the Tartufo (truffle) which is available for tasting at local shops and the November Truffle festival. The apts have fully equipped kitchen including washing machines.The swimming pool is dramatically lit at night while in the day surveys a splendid panorama. The apts Sibilla and Ginevra are interconnecting for larger group of guests. Ginevra on ground floor has 3dbl bedrooms, 3 bathroom (1 with tub). The delightful terrace is equipped for al fresco meals and a BBQ is provided. Sibilla on the first floor at the main villa has 4dbl bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (1 with tub). Apt Ginevra (6+2) is situated on the ground floor of the main villa. Boasts panoramic windows and splendid vaulted ceiling. Open air dining and living room are spacious and comfotable. Here there is a double sofa bed. A second door in the living room leads to the terrace, equipped for al fresco living and barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen boasts dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hobs, fridge and freezer and its own door onto the external terrace. 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms (two with showers, one with tub). Apt Sibilla on the 1st floor at the main villa has 4 dbl bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one with tub). In the comfortable living room there is a stone fireplace and a double sofa bed. Notes: Apartment Sibilla (8 people) The apartment is situated on the first floor and is reached via an original stone staircase. The spacious living room still has the original large elevated stone fireplace where our guests can pass romantic evenings during the winter. The ancient tiled floors, warm red rugs, the beamed and tiled ceilings, all combine to evoke a different epoch. The kitchen, linked to the dining room, is fully equipped (dishwasher too). There are four bedrooms, two double and two twin, and a total of four bathrooms (3 with showers and one with bath), three of which are ensuite.

Christiano:Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say what a wonderful vacation we had at the Villa Meleto last week. It was a reunion of college friends from the States, France and England, with their families, and we couldn't have asked for a better place.The villa is superb - incredibly beautiful, and we were very lucky with the weather. We look forward to saving our pennies and coming again as soon as we can, but, in the meantime, we would recommend the villa to anyone! Best regards, and thank you!
