Conveniently located within 10mns drive to the dual carriageway to Florence and Pisa,makes this location ideal for sightseeing the many treasures of Tuscany. Shops and public transports are within 7mns drive in Empoli or S Miniato. Plenty of traditional restaurants in the area are specializing in the precious truffle, which is also available for tasting at local shops. The property manager speaks fluent English and is always available for help and suggestions. The main building consists of two interconnecting apartments for up to 18guests (7 bedrooms/7 bathrooms) which can also be rented for smaller parties. The detached house has 3 bedrooms/4bathrooms. The best traditional materials were used in teh restoration, solid beams above and floors of handmade tiles. The beautiful swimming pool is dramatically lit at night while in the day surveys a splendid panorama. Prices are available for smaller parties who wish to rent only the main villa with/without the exclusive use of the pool.

Apt Ginevra (6+2) is situated on the ground floor of the main villa. Boasts panoramic windows and splendid vaulted ceiling. Open air dining and living room are spacious and comfortable. Here there is a double sofa bed. A second door in the living room leads to the terrace, equipped for al fresco living and barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen boasts dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hobs, fridge and freezer and its own door onto the external terrace. 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms (two with showers, one with tub). Apt Sibilla on the 1st floor at the main villa has 4 dbl bdrms and 4 bathrooms (one with tub). In the comfortable living room there is a stone fireplace and a dble sofa bed. The large outside grounds provide many corners in which guests can relax or arrange for an outdoor meal. Apt Lavinia located in detached house within 50 metres from main villa. There are 3 dbl bdrms,4 bathrms (1 with tub),comfortable sitting room & private patio

Also a nine hole golf course, tennis, and horse-riding within 20mns.

Christiano:Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say what a wonderful vacation we had at the Villa Meleto last week. It was a reunion of college friends from the States, France and England, with their families, and we couldn't have asked for a better place.The villa is superb - incredibly beautiful, and we were very lucky with the weather.
