The VILLA has a private entrance with a stairway to the second floor where the 2,000 sq. foot accommodation is located. The Villa is equipped with a living room with TV and fireplace, a dining room, a full kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washer), central heating and window screens. The Villa is perfect for 6 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, but does offer an extra two places to sleep in a pinch. Two bedrooms have king sized beds and one has twin beds. Each bathroom is fully modern and has a shower. The dining room is fully furnished with a large table, chairs, Oriental rug and large windows for wonderful views of the area. The living room has a comfortable sofa and chairs to enjoy the fireplace and leads to the stairs leading down to the garden.

This lovely estate is just 15 minutes (depending on traffic - longer in rush hour) outside of Florence. It is in an ideal location to get the best out of the city, while getting away from the bustle. Once you are off the highway that easily connects Lastra Signa to Florence, the airport and all the other important cities, a paved road takes you uphill through a peaceful green area to a quiet residential area. There are several sports you can practice in the area, such as: horseback riding, walking and fishing. The Villa offers beautiful views of the area to the west of Florence as well. The nearest coffee, bakery and grocery shops are 1 km away and a supermarket is 10 minutes away. Rosetta is near other small towns outside Florence and 8 km from the Florence airport, 10 km from Florence railway station. Three excellent restaurants are within about 1 km and one is in walking distance.

  • Utilities except for heating, weekly cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, weekly change of linens and towels are included in price. Central heating costs (Euro 16 per day) and final cleaning (euro 60) are not included in the price. Any additional service charges such as daily cleaning, extra weekly cleaning, extra laundry changes, etc., will be required to be paid on site.
    Extra cleaning 11 euro/hour, extra change of linens 15 euro per bedroom. At the check-in, guests must leave a deposit for Euro 300. The deposit will be returned back at the check-out, unless damages are found.
    Extra baby bed available for children up to 4 years old.
