Corfino holiday apartment

Fantastic location, fantastic village friendly local people, the aparTment is spotless, I emailed the owner asking the size of the balcony and if we could dine outside, I was told it is 4 meters by 2 and that dinning would be tight, eating breakfast and supper outside is important to me and my girlfriend when we are on holiday thats the reason i always ask the owner, you cannot eat outside on the balcony it is only 1 meter wide plus there is no outside furniture, i wish i was told this as i would have booked elsewhere, also it is very noisy as you are above the local bar which closes at 12pm,do not expect quite, there isnt a radio, iron or kettle, and grubby bobbled synthetic sheets on the bed , we were told by the lady that meets and greets if we need anything just ask, we asked for some cotton sheets and a radio but none were available, i cant understand why this is a problem, the funny thing is on leaving Olivia said when we come again she will provide cotton sheets, i must be going mad buts thats not the way to keep customers, "the horse had already bolted" parking is 300 meters from the apartment, on a positive note the village is beautiful the views are fantastic, there is a butchers a bakers and a convenience store which are very handy and the local people are friendly and polite, for people wanting to visit the rest of Tuscanny be aware that the roads are slow so getting to florence is a good 2.5 hours and Siena 3.5 hours, i would love to visit Corfino again i hope my frank review helps people book there holiday with confidence"
