Newly renovated house situated on the edge of the Carpinelli pass, thus located almost at the Northern Tip of the stunning region of North Tuscany. This peacefully located house split into three rental apartments is situated in a truly peaceful and tranquil edge of hamlet position, and enjoys beautiful views of the valley with the mountains beyond. Each apartment is bright and airy, brand new, and well equipped and each has its own individual eating area and BBQ outside. The pool, with pool house is absolutely stunning and frankly enormous for a rental property at 16x9m and there is a jacuzzi situated at the pool area too - 90cm in diameter. Perfect to be used as a children's pool when the jets are not on. Perfect for an away from it all, lazy holiday.

Spacious light and airy apartment with large open plan living/dining room/kitchen with fire place. Living area has good quality sofa bed. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and living area has TV/DVD and CD player. Second floor: 1 large double bedroom with additional single bed (not a traditional family room – lovely for 2 people too – good quality furniture and soft furnishings), 1 twin bedroom, good sized shower room, large landing with further storage. All rooms have beautiful views. Outside there is a private eating area with BBQ, garden and enormous pool with pool house and the most amazing views. Also at the pool area is a jacuzzi pool which would be ideal for children to play in when jets not in use.

Location: Minucciano Italy

Situated on the unspoilt Northern Tip of Tuscany, in the province of Lucca, on the edge of the medieval hamlet of Sermezzana, high on the Carpinelli Pass of the Appenine range. The area boasts wondrous views throughout… There are no facilities in the hamlet, but on the Carpinelli Pass some 3 kms away there are a couple of restaurants, and two also at the pretty village of Pugliano around 6km away. There is a greater choice of restaurants to be found slightly further afield. For shopping, apart from ‘traditional’ shops, the closest supermarket is around a 20 minute drive, and hypermarkets are at Aulla, a largish town with a good Saturday morning market, 30 minutes away. The closest train station for easy exploring is at Pieve Fosciana around a 15 minute drive.

There is only one word for this place "MAJESTIC".We were a family of 12 with three small children and did not know what to expect but when we arrived we were speachless.The accomodation was fantastic and very clean.The pools were out of this world ,maintained to a very high standard,the views breathtaking and the surrounding villages beautifull. The owners were so friendly and could not do enough . A car is a must . This is the type of Holiday that remains with you forever Highly Recommended .

Our first experience of Italy we found wounderful weather, good food and wonderful sights.

Although the holiday home was remote this was a fantstic holiday. We were met by the very helpful people who looked after the house and assisted us with all requests. It was clean and being new was very well maintained. The shops were a little remote but if you are willing to drive or wish to catch a train there are loads of places you can visit for a day trip. The main attraction of course is the pool which has fantastic views and you could quite easily spend the whole day just lazing by the pool with a book. Our 7 year old child was kept entertained just dipping in and out of the pool all day. 2-3 of the other appartments were occupied whilst we were there but it did not feel crowded at any stage. Fantastic resturants around the area although driving back can be a little interesting in the dark (Macchi - think this is the right name was the best resturant down the hill).
