Casa Puccini is located in the heart of the countryside of Montecarlo just one km from the historic town centre. The apartments are of varying sizes with 2 or 3 bedrooms and are comfortable and well furnished with good quality Tuscan style furniture and each apartment has a built in wall safe and satellite TV. Each apartment has either a small private garden or piece of terrace for outdoor meals with table and chairs. There are 3,000 sq.mts of garden surrounding the residence and 2 swimming pools, one with hydro massage, for the use of guests. Casa Puccini is set the gently rolling hills of Montecarlo, a town famous for fine wines and olive oil. This independent farmhouse and its dependence is set in an estate of 2 hectares of private land. In the renovated farmhouse there are 5 apartments with either 2 or 3 double bedrooms and in the other building there are 3 apartments, 1 with 2 bedrooms and 2 with only one bedroom.
