Large villa with private pool a few minutes time from Lucca's historic centre

The Villa Gabry is a large semi-detached villa located only 10 minutes drive from the walled city of Lucca. It offers its guests an impressive flat lawn which leads you from the house to the swimming pool. The garden is very well-kept and more over very well-equipped with every garden furniture. There is a pergola just outside the day area with a table and chairs. The pergola is covered and overlooks the garden and the pool. Barbecue available. Also, next to the pool there is a lovely gazebo provided with table and chairs to enjoy the shadow during your long sun-bathing and sunbeds are all around the pool. In the interiors the house is very large. there are around 100 squared metres each floors. GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, around 70 square metres of kitchen and dining area with a big open fire place, toilet, laundry, sitting rooms. FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (television with SKY TV provided) and a studio overlooking the garden/pool with a sofa bed.
