Relax, savour and enjoy: these words have a special meaning related to our villa in Versilia - Tuscany. It was an old hayloft dating back to the 18th century when we bought it and now it is a comfortable country house among olive trees and cypresses. The house itself is 190 sm and its private garden is 3000 sm. The swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1,20-1,50 m), which has got a warm water shower and does not contain any chlorine but just salt for the optimal PH values, warrants healthy relaxing hours. Ground floor: entrance, a Kitchen, a veranda completely equipped for dinners for up to 12 persons with a grapevine bower, a dining room with fireplace, a living room with 2 divans (1 of them is a divan bed) and 2 armchairs, 1 twin bedroom and 1 shower and WC room. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms - one of them with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding olive groves - 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower and WC rooms.

Notes to the rental rates

SPECIAL OFFER: in the low season if you book at least 2 weeks you get 10% discount on the given rates. I will do my best in order to make your Italian experience an unforgettable one and so I personally will be reachable 24 hours a day on my handy for suggestions, tips, help or whatever else you may need during your stay in my house.

IMPORTANT REMARKS: the given rates include water, gas and the change once a week of the linen, which are: bed and table linen, 2 towels plus a larger one for each person + tea clothes. On request the change can follow more often at the cost for each time of Euros 10 per person.
Not included are:
- heating and electricity, which have to be paid cash according to the amount consumed.
- Final cleaning: Euros 100 to be paid cash on arrival day (compulsory). A daily cleaning service is also not included but it may be requested at Euro 15 for each hour.
- Pets: Extra-charge of Euros 50 per week/pet
- Security deposit: Euros 500 to be given cash at the delivery of the keys on arrival day. It will be returned on the departing day, with deduction of the amount due for eventual damages. Gas/heating: metered, Euro 5 per m3. Additional bed if maximum capacity of 12 persons is exceeded: Euro 100 per week. Baby bed if maximum capacity is exceeded: Euro 50 per week.

| Notes: | Other accessories at your disposal are toaster, American coffee and espresso maker and mosquito net. Air-conditioning is really not necessary in this area, where especially by night the air is pleasantly cool and helps to have long, refreshing sleeps in the total quietness of this green rural area. |

We spent a wonderful week over Christmas in this house. The house was very warm and confortable but also with plenty of space to accomodate all 12 of us; a great dining table, a very well equiped kitchen, a nice fireplace and confortable sofas. The welcoming from the owners well passed all our expectations. Well worth a visit to their restaurant, Le Meraviglie, nearby!
The house is well situated for Lucca, Pisa, the Apuan and Le Cinque Terre.
