How accessible is the property?: The property is on the first and second floors of an old mill. To access the property you have to climb a flight of stone steps. It is therefore not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
Is a car essential?: To get to the property initially you would need to take a taxi or have your own car, and once there it is handy to have a car to get around and see the sights. However, you can satisfy many of your local needs locally, walking 5 minutes to the shop, the bus to town and 10 minutes to the local restaurant and pizzeria. Also, we provide bicycles for you to get to the next pizzeria and the tennis courts.
Is it close to the beach?: It is relatively close to the popular Italian beaches of Marina di Pisa, Viarreggio, Lido di Camaiore and Marina di Pietrasanta. It takes 35 minutes to get there.
