The property consists of three different houses: “HOUSE GELSOMINO” - sleeps 8 people - It is a two-storey house, entirely constructed of stone, with a huge hall/living room with fireplace, 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms “HOUSE NARCISO” - sleeps 6 people - It is a three-storey house. With large lounge with fireplace, living room, 3 double bedrooms (one with independent entrance from the garden) and 4 bathrooms, 'HOUSE MARGHERITA” - sleeps 7 people - It is a three-storey house, with a spacious lounge and fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with independent entrance from a terrace, 3 bathrooms The common area has a swimming pool (8 x 17 meters) heated in the cooler months, tiled patio area for relax, BBQ and wood oven, fully equipped gym with underwater view of swimming pool, Turkish bath, water-jet propelled showers, functions/conference room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar with the products of the farm

The location cannot be better: just in the middle of its own estate, with terraced groves dotted with olive trees and vineyards. Some of the best wine and olive oil of the entire region come just from this Farm.

Notes: The property has been faithfully restored, respecting the ancient character and charme of the original farmhouse and at the same time adding quality and comfort with some restored ‘antiques’ furniture’s and the most modern equipment. An example of this nice fusion of ‘old’ and ‘new’ is the very well-equipped kitchen, which opens to a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining, to the garden and to the spectacular swimming pool, completely covered with coloured hand made mosaic-tiles. There is an underground area with a turkish bath, and a gym area with view on the bottom of the pool. On request it is possible to have a professional cook for typical Tuscan meals, masseuse, baby sitter, tour guides, and more.

Our dream Italian wedding

searching for just the right place to enjoy our wedding in Italy, was proving difficult until we found this amazing villa. It sits in one of the most beautiful locations I have ever visited and the views are simply spectacular. A combination of the location, the property and the fantastic and attentive team on hand to help us, made our stay here and our wedding one that us and all of our guests will never forget. The visit ran smoothly and all the details were taken care of, the food and wine was superb and the property was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. We can not wait to come back to the property and as we fell in love with the area, we have already visited Lucca on 2 more occasions, since our stay here.
We can not thank you all enough!
