With large lounge with fireplace, living room, 3 double bedrooms (one with independent entrance from the garden) and 4 bathrooms, 'HOUSE MARGHERITA” - sleeps 7 people - It is a three-storey house, with a spacious lounge and fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with independent entrance from a terrace, 3 bathrooms The common area has a swimming pool (8 x 17 meters) heated in the cooler months, tiled patio area for relax, BBQ and wood oven, fully equipped gym with underwater view of swimming pool, Turkish bath, water-jet propelled showers, functions/conference room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar with the products of the farm

The property has been faithfully restored, respecting the ancient character and charme of the original farmhouse and at the same time adding quality and comfort with some restored ‘antiques’ furniture’s and the most modern equipment. An example of this nice fusion of ‘old’ and ‘new’ is the very well-equipped kitchen, which opens to a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining, to the garden and to the spectacular swimming pool, completely covered with coloured hand made mosaic-tiles. There is an underground area with a turkish bath, and a gym area with view on the bottom of the pool. On request it is possible to have a professional cook for typical Tuscan meals, masseuse, baby sitter, tour guides, and more.
