Le Macine is a rare find. Located in the breathtaking landscape, on the rolling hills of the well-known Compitese. Le Macine has been completely restored in spring-summer 2006 in a very elegant layout, according to the building which was a small oil mill, the typical red Tuscan brick building that made this area famous all over the world for its extra virgin olive oil.
