The little garden area, with a secular tree and completely fenced, is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy in the open air.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices includes water and electricity; gas to be paid at consumption. Weekly cleaning: 15 euro apiece minimum 45 euro/* Caution money: 200 euro to be paid at the arrival./ * Changeover on Saturday - arrival from 5 to 8 p.m. - departure: within 9,30 a.m. * Please note that no credit cards are accepted. The minimum rate per week is for 2 (two) people. Don't hesitate to e-mail us your inquiries.
  
• Conditions of payment: A deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking. Full payment to be completed at least 45 days prior to the beginning of the holiday. For reservations made less than 45 days prior to the beginning of the holiday the tenant must make, at the time of the booking, a single payment for the total amount of the rental period.
  Cancellations: Within 45 days before the beginning of the period of rent – a penalty of 30% of the total
  Within 30 days before the beginning of the period of rent – a penalty of 50% of the total
  Within 8 days before the beginning of the period of rent – a penalty 90% of the total
  No refund is given if the cancellation happens 7 days or less prior to the beginning of the period of rent or in case of non show.
