'Villa La Capannuccia' is situated in an ideal position on a gentle hill-country full of olive groves with wonderful panoramic view on the coast, at about 6km from the most famous sandy beaches of the tuscan coast: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi. Lido di Camaiore, Marina di Pietrasanta. It's also a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany :Lucca, Pisa (30mn drive), Florence ( 1 hour drive). Possibility of daily trips with boat from Viareggio port to the Tuscan isles and the 'Cinque Terre'. Nice shopping: on the Coast ( 10mn drive), 'boutique' in Viareggio and in Forte dei Marmi ( very famous place ), typical weekly markets, great choice of restaurants/pizzerias, ice-cream bars! Golf club in Pietrasanta and in Forte dei Marmi.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday basis. The swimming pool is open from April 26th to September 30th. In July and August we rent the entire property (ideal for big families or friends companies) NB: in the low season (April, May, October, November),we can rent the villa at a minor number of persons, at a lower cost. Good value! Please contact us any time for availabilities and prices. NB: special discount for all our clients at a private beach club with reserved parking.
