At only a few hundreds meters from the villa:
there is the ‘1800 Aqueduct’, an historical architectonic masterpiece, that still brings fresh and cool water from the mountains to the city of Lucca. And a lovely way to go the centre of Lucca, in 10 to 20 minutes, is just walking or biking the old path under the Aqueduct, in a intact countryside
The villa is a 3-storey building::
G.FLfrom an entrance hall you may enter to the living room and the dining room, that have been comfortably furnished with antiques and still keeping wall frescoes which are original to the Villa. There is also a small bathroom on this floor, charmingly tucked into a little niche under the stairs. It has just a basin and a wc. A cozy salon with fireplace opens to the bright, cheery and fully equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen there is a charming covered pergola with table and chairs as well as an outdoor wood oven with barbecue.
1st FL there are four bedrooms and one full bathroom on this floor. The bedrooms in this Villa are warm, inviting and beautifully furnished with period antiques. Three are 3 doubles and one is a single that can be converted to a double with the addition of another bed, if required. The bathroom has a large tub, separate show
2nd FL two other rooms, both used for storage (a good place to stow the luggage!).and the third bathroom, also a full bath (sep shower)
