This charactful villa is only 5mns drive from a village with few shops and restaurants and walking distance to the owner's own restaurant. Its idyllic location is perfect for a relaxing holiday and exploring the many treasures of this part of Tuscany. The sandy beaches of Versilia are less than 15mns drive and the amazing area of Cinque Terre is less than 40mns drive. The grounds at this charming property are cultivated with orange and fig trees and enjoys enchanting viwes over the hills and olive groves. Tranquil setting with large garden and yet so close to town makes it an ideal spot also for families with young kids who needs more practical locations. There is a good size swimming pool (12.5 x 5 m) with a shallow end and a pool house with a full bathroom with shower. This roomy house (180 m2) is on a split level and can be accessed by its fantastic covered terrace equipped with comfy chairs for al fresco living.

Villa delle Palme is in Capezzano Pianore, 10 kilometres from the beaches of Forte dei Marmi in Tuscany. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool. Camaiore is a small town in northwest Tuscany, 30 minutes north-west of the 6th century walled town of Lucca - birthplace of Puccini. The chic beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are just six miles away. The Cinque Terre, with its fabulous views, walks and boat trips, is 45 minutes up the coast. Guests who admire Michelangelo's sculpture will want to visit the awesome marble quarries of Carrara, from where Michelangelo obtained his pure-white marble, or the charming town of Pietrasanta (10 kilometres), the present home of many sculptors in marble. Florence is 80 minutes away, Pisa a half hour. The lovely hill towns of Tuscany are available to wander and to savour. To the east and north is the beautiful mountainous area of the Garfagnana with its rushing streams, waterfalls and ancient stone villages.
