Notes to the rental rates

• Rental periods, reservation policy and cancellation policy: Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm (reception from 4pm to 7pm) to Saturday 10am.
  Reservation: A 25% deposit of the total rent due is required to reserve Bel Sorriso. The balance of the total rent due and a security deposit of EUR400 are to be paid at least six weeks before arrival.
  Cancellation: Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation six weeks or less before arrival, a full refund (minus bank fees) will be made if the house can be rented to another party.
  
• A security deposit of EUR400 is to be added to the payment due for the rental. The property will be inspected prior to the guest's departure, and in the event of a satisfactory inspection, the deposit will be returned either directly or via bank transfer within 2 weeks.
  
• The house is for a maximum of 4 people (adults and children aged 10 and older). Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. Bookings from guests with children under 10 years old cannot be accepted.

Borgo Montefienali has a small hotel / restaurant which is open all summer. The hotel also has a jacuzzi and sauna. Guests at Bel Sorriso can book meals at the restaurant (in advance or upon arrival) and use the jacuzzi and sauna (for a small payment).
