Large spacious apartment is part of farmhouse where the farmer and his wife lived, now they have moved to the town nearby. The location has a sense of earthiness, tranquillity. The farmers are busy attending to their daily choirs There are splendid views from every window of the apartment and also from the 35 sqm terrace.

The farmhouse is divided into 3 sections, the apartment is on the first floor with private entrance. On the lower floor is the apartment of the previous owner which is only used during the day on the weekend and odd times of the week. Semi-attached next door used at different periods as country house. Another farmhouse 30 metres from Podere Grania owned for the farmer who lives they with his family (no children).

The nearest town (Arbia) where there are shops and restaurants are is located 6kms from the apartment.
