Podere Oliveta is located 200m from the hamlet to Gavignano. Set on the top of the hill which overlooks the whole country side. It is in the center of Tuscany with easy access to main routes towards Florance (30min by car), Siena (20min), Volterra, San Gimignano, the villages and castles of Chianti. In the area you can find good restaurants and shops.
Arriving by car from the north: leave the highway A1 'Autostrada del Sole' at the exit Firenze Certosa and take the motorway Firenze-Siena. Drive along (34km) this road as far as Poggibonsi Nord. At the roundabout folow the directions to Poggibonsi centre and drive for about 500m. Turn left in to the first road on your left towards Gavignano and drive for other 1,8km. Pass the little hamlet of Gavignano and the end of the asphalted road you'll see a sign Oliveta on your right. Coming from the South: drive until Siena and then follow the direction towards Firenze. Take the motorway Siena-Firenze till the exit of Poggibonsi Nord.
