Podere Scopeto is a farmhouse villa with a main building and a separate self-contained studio sleeping max 12 standing at about 600m with outstanding views towards the west overlooking the classic chianti woods and vineyards in the area of Gaiole (15 min) in triangle Siena, Florence and Arezzo adjoining the classic supertuscan producing wineries like Brolio, Castello Meleto, Coltibuono with horizon view of Radda and Castellina. Large saltwater pool with spacious sun terraces and pergolas offer our guests boyant relaxation, but for the more energetic there are miles of woods and hills to walk in beyond the 30 privately owned acres surrounding the house. Huge BBQ with enough chairs and tables to seat 24 comfortably on one of three terraces, more secluded hammocks and picnic places under the shade of our olives and sweet chestnuts. Reliable crystal clear water from our own well and faultless heating and plumbing system newly installed. 2 fireplaces cheer our winter visitor.

  • In July and August there is a 10% surcharge for booking less than 2 weeks. Booking payment of 50% of total rental at time of booking. The balance to be paid before start of the stay. A deposit of Euro 400 for a week's stay covers cost final cleaning if more than 6 hours any bad breakages and excessive gas and electricity use as well as the laundry cost for your linen/towels The balance of the deposit will be reimbursed within 3 weeks of departure in Pounds Sterling or Euros.
