Ancient house recently restored with all comforts to give you a pleasant vacation. It's composed by two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well furnished kitchen with fireplace, a living room with sofa bed. There are also two nice balconies: One faces on a quiet street of the historical centre. The other, situated on the roof, gives a spectacular view of Sinalunga's surroundings... Located on top of the hill, it's near to food shops, cafés, good restaurants, a beautiful swimming pool, a free large parking. Only 5 minutes walk to reach the rail station at the bottom of the hill. The nearest bus stop ,with frequent service, is just a stroll away

Sinalunga is situated in a perfect position to reach the other enchanting places in Toscana: Less than an hours drive to visit Florence, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona and Trasimeno lake. In this area there are many thermal pools and beauty centres like Rapolano (15km) and Chianciano (30km). It is possible to rent a car for a single day or minaivan with driver/guide for day tours. A Train station(1km from the house) and efficient bus services are also available. The house is near everything ! 5 minutes walk to the central square, good restaurants, bars, shops, super markets, a beautiful swimming pool, a free large parking.
