'Le Scuderie' is situated at about 500 mts on a ridge that overlooks the most beautiful valleys of the Siena province. On one side is the fertile Val di Chiana with Cortona and Montepulciano, on the other the Val d'Orcia with is incomparable landscapes and famous towns of Pienza, S. Quirico and Montalcino. The property is near to the medieval village of Motefollonico, 3 Kms. away, with its grocery shops, bank, post office, chemist and renowned restaurants. The house, recently restored, is built of brick. Inside the ceilings have exposed beams and traditional cotto tiles. The house is of 130 sq.m, on two floors with a fenced garden of 2000 sq.m , shaded by large mature trees and besides olive and fruit trees. Also there is a private, 'above ground ', oval swimming pool 7.30 x 3.75 metres. From the garden one enters straight the sitting room, which has an open fire in the corner.
