Set in rolling actres of cultivated land, on a country road just 20mns drive from medieval town of San Miniato & 10mns from Etruscan Montaione, the area has a lot to offer ranging from the Spa town in Casciana to truffle tasting and horse riding in the countryside. Pisa,Volterra and San Gimignano are easily reached in 30mns. On the arched ground floor there is a spacious dining area & living room equipped with comfy sofas and chairs which provide the perfect setting even on a cooler day, when the open fireplace set the ambiance.French doors in the main dining area opens onto the superb covered loggia equipped with a large wooden table and chairs contemplating the sunsets over the stunning views over the valley.A superbly equipped kitchen with cooker with full oven, microwave,full fridge freezer,dishwasher is much appreciated by the keenest cook.A stairway from the living room and kitchen leads to the first floor where to find the 4 airy double/twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.
