• Deposit can be paid in British pounds Stirling £200 or dollar cheque or euro. As from 1 November - 31 March the euro price for the Villa is 597 euro. The balance to be paid in euro cash on arrival please. After March the price is 697 euro.
  
• There is also a weekly maid service included in the price.

The hill top village offers swimming pool, 2 bars and local shops, selling everything from babies nappies to the finest wines, delicious cheeses and salamis, and 2 excellent restaurants within walking distance of the villa. It's a real pleasure to sit in the piazza on a sultry night and drink Irish coffee or chilled champagne which will be served to you in the Bar l'Angola. ALSO FOR YOUR INTEREST: There are writing, cooking and painting classes being held iby professionals in Sinalunga from Saturday June 21 to Saturday June 28.

Arrival Time:

It is best to arrive after lunch around 4 - 6 to the little Piazza of Sinalunga where I shall meet you and take you to the property. Departure Time: Not later than 10 am please.

For your extra interest:

Beneath the Villa there are ancient wine cellars, a hidy hole where doctors hid during the war in order to secret their way into the hospital to reach their patients. There is even a friendly ghost whom you may or may not see depending on his mood at the time. Sinalunga is steeped in history. There is a wonderful little theatre (a copy of La Scala in Milan) where productions of Shakespeare are sometimes performed. And if all this isn't enough, the sun is shining nearly all the time.
