The property is a typical Tuscan old farm, totally restored to enjoy a charming vacation with all luxury comforts. It consists in two buildings, the Villa is up to 9 guests, and the Annex for 3 guests, for a total of 12. It is rented separately or together if available. The Villa has two floors: on the first floor 4 double bedrooms and the studio room with computer and WiFi Internet access. Two large bathrooms with hydro massage shower. A large main hall with fireplace, full accessorised kitchen, pergola for garden dining with a barbecue, wide porch and sun terrace on the top, about 60 sm each. The annex is a romantic independent open space with kitchen and bathroom, close 8 mitres from the main building, with a queen and a single. Another computer (mac) + Internet available. A wonderful flowered garden, in summer fruits and vegetables available for guests. Remote controlled entrance gate, 4 covered parking.
