Beautiful apartment with wonderful, big, terrace

The flat is located at the end of via Roma, the most characteristic street in the historical centre of Capoliveri, one of the most attractive village on Elba , with nice restaurants and beaches. The apartment has been restored two years ago with cotto tiles on the floor, very well equipped kitchen and a sober, eclectic but very comfortable furnishing. There is a nice balcony on via Roma and a big, beautiful terrace with cotto tiles and a 360° view on the island, on the roofs, on the islands of Corsica, Montecristo, Pianosa and a lovely sunset. The terrace is furnished with a table for 12 people, two sunbeds , a sofa with some cushions and Mediterranean plants.
