It is a perfect accommodation to enjoy some of the world’s finest offerings in terms of sea, sun, nature and culture. Easy to reach by plane (Pisa airport in 30 minutes), train (Livorno station to 20 minutes) or by car (private car park facility). Located 20 km from Livorno, 30 km from Pisa 100 km from Firenze, you can arrive by car in 90 minutes to San Gimignano, in 70 minutes to Firenze and Volterra, 70 minutes to Siena, 40 minutes to Pisa… but, of course, you can simply stay at home and go to swim the sea in just one second.

JANE: Thank you, we loved the apartment especially our alfresco meals in the evenings, and the fire flies.
SUE: Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Tuscany. The location was ideal. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. MARIE-JOSEE: The Castiglioncello house was more than great. The sea is what you see and what you hear from the house. Il felt like living on a boat. We enjoyed every moment we spent there. It was the perfect place to relax. We warmly recommend it. Rodica: SPLENDID VISTAS OF SEA AND SUNSET FROM TERRACE RENDERED PRIVATE BY A PROFUSION OF MEDITERRANEAN FOLIAGE. THE SMALL, WELL-DESIGNED HOUSE WAS ENTIRELY OUR, AND A PATH DIRECTLY FROM OUR DOOR MADE A SHORT DESCENT TO THE SEA, WHERE WE COULD SWIM AND SUN ON THE ROCKS. THE OWNERS, WHO LIVED NEARBY, WERE EXTRAORDINARILY FRIENDLY AND HOSPITABLE.
