La Casetta is divided into two self-catering apartments: the 6/8 bed I Gelsi apartment and the 4 bed I Cipressi apartment, both of which have been carefully furnished by their owners and are fully accessorized. In the garden, a 16-metre swimming pool offers pleasant refreshment in the hotter months of the year. La Casetta’s proximity to numerous places of natural and cultural interest as well as local sporting facilities make it the ideal place for a holiday. Numerous golf courses, can be easily reached.

The ground floor is composed of an entrance hall, a large sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a study, a kitchen with fireplace and a guest bathroom, while the first floor has three double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (one of which also has a Jacuzzi), a small sitting room with double sofa-bed and a second independent entrance accessed from an outside staircase.

Notes to the rental rates

• Eventual heating expenses will be charged in addition to the rental rate at cost. Air-conditioning can be provided upon request and an additional cost of Euro 50,00 per week shall apply.
  Final cleaning Euro 150,00 non included in the rate.
  In order to secure your booking a confirmation fee of 30% of the total amount must be made.
  
• Upon arrival at the property, the customer shall pay a security deposit of Euro 500,00 to the proprietor who shall be entitled to hold the same as security for the performance by the Customer of his obligations. Any damage to furniture and fittings shall be reimbursed to the owner in cash no later than the check out day.

La Casetta farmhouse is separated from the sea by the hills surrounding Leghorn; Calafuria, whose Etruscan-Roman quarries have left pools in the cliffs, lies just 20 minutes away; the seaside towns of Quercianella and Castiglioncello are located just a little further along the coast. Forte dei Marmi, the seaside resort known as the “pearl of Versilia” in the 1960s lies just 45 minutes from the farmhouse.

Riding Fioralice riding centre lies at Fauglia, just 9,5 km from La Casetta farmhouse. The centre organizes both excursions and riding lessons.
