Casa Enrico is a beautifully restored old farm house with beamed ceilings and white washed walls. All the living area is on one level. It has a spacious, comfortable and light living/dining room with two big sofas and a big table, an open fireplace, a very generous dining area with 6 places and an open, bright and very well equipped kitchen. Leading off from the dining and living area through three large double glass doors there is a big terrace and beautiful garden with an outdoor eating area for 6 people with wonderful views into the valley and the surrounding countryside. The spacious bathroom offers a very big shower and two wash-basins. The double bedroom provides a stunning view over the landscape. Only 70 metres apart from the house is an old restored pizza oven and barbeque place which can be used by everyone with a big terrace and seating for up to 14 people. 300 metres below the house is the huge pool with a big wooden sun deck embedded into a beautiful blooming garden.

Notes to the rental rates

• RENTAL POLICY: The rental period is on weekly basis starting from Saturday. Arrival time is 4.00 pm onwards and guests should depart no later than 10.00 am to allow for cleaning. Confirmation of your booking becomes binding only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental payable. The 50% balance will be paid 30 days before arrival.
  CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation: up to 90 days before scheduled arrival a 25% penalty of the total rent will be retained. From the 89th day up to the date of arrival, the 50% deposit will be retained. If the property can be re-rented for the entire cancelled period, the deposit will be entirely refunded.
  
• DEPOSIT: A security deposit of Euro 250,00 will be asked on arrival. It will be returned on departure unless needed partially or fully for any damage.
  RATES INCLUDE: Electricity, gas, firewood, all house linen and kitchenware, initial cleaning.
  NOT INCLUDED: Central heating and final cleaning
  HEATING (if required): Euros 30 per day.
  FINAL CLEANING: Euro 50

Mel, thank you very much. We thought the farm was wonderful! You are so very lucky to have such a place. In terms of the accommodation you couldn't ask for more. Everything else was clean, tidy and the accommodation, outside eating and BBQ areas, pool, sun deck etc all great. Campagnatico itself is charming and the hotel restaurant excellent. We arrived for the weekend of the donkey racing which is very Italian and got us in a holiday mood very quickly. So very different from London! Thank you again for having us as your first guests.
