Set amidst Olive Groves &Vineyards, the Villa is large, beautifully renovated & tastefully furnished, & sits on a hilltop with views over countryside with the town of Pistoia in the distance, & the duomo of Florence visible on a clear day! A 5 bedroom villa, dating back to the late 18th C, built on 3 levels, & recently restored, retaining many original features including antiques & artwork. There are old beams & rafters, original parquet floors, terracotta tiles, French arched windows, & vaulted ceilings. There are 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms -all spacious, & tasteful. With 3 bedrooms on 1 floor & 2 on another, this villa is perfect for 2 families, giving each privacy. The living area is spacious- large living/dining room, kitchen/diner, and study. The terrace overlooking the pool is accessed from the living room & study via French doors & offers a perfect spot for pre dinner drinks.   • Payment will also be taken in sterling via bank transfer to a UK bank.
    A security deposit of E500 is payable on arrival in cash.
    Rental rates include all utilities as well as heating, linen, towels (including for pool) initial, twice weekly and final clean.
    Please note there is a 5% discount for a 3 week booking and 10% discount for a 4 week booking. For bookings taken for 7 days only there is a surcharge of 10%
    Internet access included free of charge, but guests must bring own computer.
    Guests will be offered a free welcome dinner on the night of arrival (if wanted) prepared by the owners.
    - Local chefs are available to prepare, right in the kitchen of the Villa, exquisite Tuscan cooking dinners.
    - Tuscan Cooking Classes can be arranged at the Villa on request.

Golf: The villa is situated close to various golf courses the closest being Montecatini (15km), Pavoniere (20km) and Ugolino (35km), Medici (60km) all of which are stunning par 72 courses. Further afield are the courses at the coast... For those in your party who don't fancy the golf, then at the Montecatini course are the famous spa baths and the health spa, and at the Medici Course there are spa facilities too. Close to the coast courses is the beach of course, and designer shopping!
