Villa San Rocco is situated in the heart of the Etruschian Coast, between San Vincenzo and Follonica, overlooking the beautiful Island of Elba. Ferries to the Island of Elba, leave from the Port of Piombino and they take about 1 hour. The Villa is 390 sqm, with beautiful gardens and views of the sea, it has an organic vegetable garden with fruit trees, grapes and all the Italian's herbs at your disposal. Private car parking available for guest. On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room, and one twin room, all rooms have their own private bathroom. There is a beautiful terrace for the guest to relax and enjoy that evening drink. On the ground floor is the Kitchen, Dining area, a bathroom, 2 large living areas with a fire place, small library an a cover veranda. Attached to the villa, there is a studio apartment of 20 sqm, with a bathroom, a small kitchen a queen size Sofa bed, private entrance, small veranda and personal parking.

The villa is located on the outskirts of Piombino in a green belt of olive groves overlooking the city of Piombino, Mediterranean Sea and the Island of Elba.

Piombino on the Entruscan Coast is central to all points of interest in Tuscany, wineries such as ‘Sassicaia’, 'Ornellaia' and a host of others along 'The Road of the Wine'. There are some of the best Olive Oil producers in the area you can visit and taste their produce. Maybe it is the beautiful medieval villages such as, Bolgheri, Sureveto, Campiglia, Massa Marittima & Populonia that you would like to visit and only a short drive from the villa. There is Entruscan Tombs to be seen, Museums of interest and you can go to the Roman Springs to relax and revive the body. There are numerous restaurants in the area with some of the best tastes of Tuscany to be enjoyed. A day trip on the ferry to the Island of Elba is a must which is only an hour ferry ride away and you can take your car too. During the Spring and Summer season there is numerous festivals to visit so you will never have a reason to be bored during your stay.

    August Euro650 per week
    Gas & Electricity included. Final Cleaning Euro50. Breakfast not included.
  • The main villa has been withdrawn from rental separately and now the rooms are rented on a B&B basis only. The Studio Apartment can still be rented on a weekly basis.
