The villa is situated in the traditional Italian town of Montignoso, which has the Apennine mountains as a beautiful backdrop and the Mediterranean Sea only a few kilometers away. It is very close to the towns of Marina di Massa and Forte Dei Marmi which offer numerous private and public beaches, great shopping (with many stylish boutiques), cafes, bars, and restaurants, and of course a long promenade by the sea for that infamous 'passegiata' in the evening.
