Additional information about rental rates

  • To reserve the property, the Client should write an e-mail and will receive the booking form; the booking form should be completed and signed and returned, together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25% of the rent due). The balance of the rent, together with the security deposit, is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
    The Client should leave the Property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. For this purpose a security deposit of € 150 - refundable - is required. The Owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs or damages to the property.
  • The rental period shall commence at 4.30 p.m. on the 1st day (Saturday) an finish at 9.30 a.m. on the last day (Saturday). Alternative arrangements can be made on request, especially in low season.
  • The Owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
    The linens and towels are not included in the base price of the rental. The cost is € 15 per person for change.
