Villa includes four bedrooms of varying size that will accommodate up to 9 persons.

Also includes three completely renovated bathrooms (two with shower, one with bath), a fully equipped new kitchen, a washing machine, four terraces furnished with outdoor furniture, a large dining room area, a spacious and comfortable living room area equipped with television and fireplace,

a garage, and a luscious garden area with barbecue stove built into stone wall.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimun rental period: one week.
    For rentals exceeding one week, discounts are foreseen according to the length of stay and to the season.
    The price includes electricity consumption, it does not include linen, towels and gas for the heating.
    A security deposit of 500 Euro in local currency is strictly required.
    This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
  • If you want you can hire linen and towels for a supplement according to the number of people.

    Check-in times: from 15:00 (3 pm) to 18:00 (6 pm).
    Check-in after 23:00 (11 pm) is not permitted.
    Check-out times: between 09:00 am and 10:00 am.

    Please notice that if you check-in between 18:00 (6 pm) and 21:00 (9 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of Euro 50; and if you check-in between 21:00 (9 pm) and 23:00 (11 pm) you will be asked to pay an extra fee of
    Euro 90.
  • Please note that the rental period goes from Saturday to Saturday only.
