The Villa is heaven for a family or a few friends

The Villa is quite delightful, and no expense has been spared in both restoration and furnishing; it is a typical stone house of approx 220m², immersed in the green hills of Montalbano, forming part of the official Chianti DOC area. The position of the property offers views over the valley which unites Florence, Prato and Pistoia. The large garden (120m²) is furnished for al fresco dining, and you'll enjoy lovely panoramic views across olive groves and classic Tuscan hillsides. An irregular-shaped pool (approximately 6 x 3.5 mt) is set in the garden at the front of the house - the position is secluded and also enjoys fine views. Your holiday at the Villa will be marked by peace and privacy.

In the hills south of Pistoia, a fascinating town south west of Florence, we have a magnificent country villa. It is simply delightful and no expense has been spared in the restoration and decor.
