Casa Tranquilla is an ancient Umbrian Farm property, which enjoys spectacular views over the hills beyond from its position at 1,700 feet. Sitting in secluded grounds, extending to 2 acres. The stone Farmhouse has been converted to provide welcoming and comfortable accommodations for guests. There are 3 houses here and they share a swimming pool which is 17ft.by 30 ft, & 5ft deep. A welcome way to end a day of exploring or to spend the afternoon. To the side of the farmhouse is an elevated position is a terrace with benches, shaded tables and a BBQ area for visitors to use. There is a very good restaurant and bar at the end of the road. San Giustino is only 5 minutes from Corposano.

San Giustino is located in the center of Italy, making trips to other cities such as Florence, Rome, Assisi and San Marino easy to make in a day. There are also many small towns, villages, and lakes to visit. Citta Di Castell, 10 miles from San Giustino is a little town with many surprises, the Duomo with its Baroque facade, Museo del Duomo, Torre Civico, Collezione Burri and much more. On Thursday and Saturday the open air market, and many great places to eat .There are free concerts in the main piazza durning the summer. There are many other wonderful hilltop towns in this area, Montone, Preggio, Monterchi, even San Giustion has it own castle Castello Bufalini.

Upper farmhouse. Sleeps 8 people. The 8 guest must be registered on the booking form and are the only people that can stay at the property. including the swimming pool there are no outside guest allow. The cost for the upper farmhouse house is 950 euro per week plus a 150 euro cleaning /breakage fee. This is due upon arrival in euro cash the cleaning fee is refunded if the house is left in clean condition
