The nearby attractive town of San Giustino has all necessary services and is within short walking distance, a few minutes by car. Historic towns of Sansepolcro and Citta di Castello are 6 and 12 km away respectively providing a wealth of interest and abundance of first class restaurants. An excellent open air pool and sports complex is less than ten minutes away in Sansepolcro. For nature lovers, the mill itself offers much of interest with abundant local flora and fauna and immediate access to magnificent walking country. For the artistic, the mill is at the centre of the 'Piero Trail', within easy reach of Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Assisi, Urbino, Gubbio, Florence, Siena, Lake Trasimeno and the Adriatic coast.
Booking.: Booking is confirmed on receipt of 40% deposit. Balance of rental together with £100 returnable breakages deposit is due 6 full weeks before the period booked. After payment, you will be sent key together with precise details of access to the property and local agents.
