Located in open countryside, but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970s. • Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 30% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the check in. Furthermore, a deposit of Euro 300 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay, though this Euro 300 deposit will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.
