Casa Felice is a stone built Umbrian farmhouse with outbuilding that has been sympathetically rebuilt using traditional materials of the region. The property offers two apartments for rental: Il Cielo, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and La Terra, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The apartments are finished to the highest standards of comfort and offer light and spacious accommodation. Both apartments have chestnut beamed ceilings and terracotta floors throughout. Landscaped gardens and private terraces lead to a 12m*4m pool.

From the car park steps lead down to the apartment along a stone path through lawn and landscaped gardens. Outside the private entrance to the apartment is a terraced area and private lawn. Spacious entrance hall leading to a Modern fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops, stainless steel sink with overhead drainer, SMEG electric oven with 5 burner gas hob, stainless steel extractor fan, refrigerator and dishwasher.Through archway to Dining Room / Lounge. This has a Large dining area with solid oak table seating six. Leads through to bright lounge area with two comfortable twin seater sofas and coffee table. Floor to ceiling window with views over the valley and surrounding countryside.
