This romantic let in Perugia centre is ideal for any time of the year, summer holiday rental or winter warm stay, just for families seeking relaxation, romantic holiday in detached villa in town. The villa, spacious (150 sq.m.), quiet, charming and peaceful, has easy access to all amenities. 2 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi), kitchen, living area with fireplace for a romantic time, ground floor whit sofa for two. Garage, next to the house, available upon on request (it's not owner's property). Perugia centre still has the small shops with high quality food and delicacies. This makes a stay in Perugia even nicer, if one likes to cook and prepare a delicious but simple Italian meal. Obviously, the many restaurants provide an excellent alternative, enjoyng historic city atmosphere.

The stairs lead to the first floor with a very comfortable and well furnished living room with fire place. In one corner you can dine at the glass dining table. This room has an entrance at the back of the house.The spacious and well appointed kitchen is around the corner, with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to prepare an excellent meal. The open stairs lead to the top floor with master bedroom, having its own bathroom with shower. One wall is turned into closet space. No need to say you will never be able to fill this when on holiday. The second bedroom is a single double bedroom, is in the hall and has a luxury hydro-massage bath.

Excellent!
We had a wonderful time at Dimora La Sapienza 1. It was a roomy, comfortable apartment/house that had everything we needed and the location was fantastic. Caterina and Nicola were gracious and helpful, providing information about Perugia and the surrounding towns. The apartment was a beautiful haven and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I had the pleasure of staying here for three weeks in March/April 2008. It was truly a home away from home. The location was fabulous. It was a very short walk to the center of Perugia, stores, sightseeing etc. The villa was roomy, unique, comfortable. The owners went out of their way to welcome me. They had a care basket for me on my arrival with some food, coffee, water and snacks to help make the first day easier. They had many brochures, maps and tourist information regarding not just Perugia but other areas of Umbria, along with information about stores, restaurants etc. They are nearby and available if there are any questions or concerns. The villa has everything you might need....a washing machine, iron, blow dryer, full kitchen with every utensil/cookware you might need. The master bedroom is comfortable and has lots of closet space. I can't say enough good things about this villa or the owners who were truly helpful, kind and caring. It was hard leaving! I had a friend who came to Italy for my last three nights in Perugia and she also was impressed with "our house". I will definately be back!!!

comfortable house

This is a very comfortable house, but it is multi level and this is something to consider. In the warm season it would be great as the lower level is a stone arched lovely living area that would always be cool.

It is about 100 yards from the main square of Perugia. That was a bonus for us as we could leave the car at home and walk the city or go for a coffee or dinner at the drop of a hat.

The heating cost, as we were there in March, was expensive. I would highly recommend this house April to October.

The owners are charming and very helpful. The property is clean and well maintained.
